Working with CGI, the City of Québec is putting forward a digital approach to improving its performance and optimizing citizen services. Its multi-channel citizen request management solution, known as Ses@me, features a knowledge base for citizens and employees as well as service request processing and service event management capabilities. Citizens can send requests online for services such as road repair, trash collection and urban forest stewardship. Dashboards help City management at all levels analyze specific situations and anticipate events.
