Ian is an analytical business consultant, with a wealth of expertise in business strategy, proposition development, organisation design, business service improvement, target operating model analysis, business analysis, process improvement, management of change and project management.
Ian has worked across an extensive range of industries, applying his deep knowledge of the public sector (central government and defence) and manufacturing sector to design and deliver solutions orientated around clients’ business needs and drivers.
Ian also holds an MBA in Senior Leadership from Manchester Metropolitan University, a BSC (Hons) in Technology and Management, and is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute.
