Implementing SAFe (SPC) remote training. Based on Version 5.0 of SAFe. Led by 40 year professional Phil Van Sickel, SPCT
During this five-day remote course, attendees will learn how to lead a Lean-Agile transformation by leveraging the practices and principles of the Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe®), as well as the seven core competencies of the Agile Business.
Attendees will also gain insights and practice how to coach programs, launch Agile Release Trains, build a Continuous Delivery Pipeline with DevOps culture, and a Lean Portfolio.
The first two and a half days of the course—Leading SAFe®—will provide them with the basis to teach SAFe to leaders. The final two and a half days focus exclusively on what it takes to successfully implement SAFe in the enterprise.
Becoming a Certified SAFe 5.0 Program Consultant (SPC), and becoming a change agent, will enable attendees to coach and guide the enterprise to succeed in a disruptive marketplace and empower them to implement a Lean-Agile SAFe transformation.
Class times are from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM EDT daily with an hour for a meal. We have found this format works extremely well for a remote Implementing SAFe class, giving plenty of time for great conversations, keeping everyone's energy levels high, and includes a virtual shared meal on Friday to replicate a social hour.
We are using Teams for the conferencing tool providing the best break out rooms experience and MURAL for our whiteboard making the penny flipping and PI simulations as close to live as possible.
