Session abstract: In this thought-provoking 75-minute talk, participants will explore the often-overlooked topic of neurodiversity in Agile team practices. I will emphasize the significance of accommodating individuals with different ways of thinking and processing information, shedding light on their unique needs and challenges within traditional Agile frameworks. Through practical tips and strategies, attendees will learn how to create an inclusive and effective Agile team that celebrates and empowers all members, regardless of neurodiversity or disabilities. From understanding the importance of communication to navigating challenging Agile ceremonies, this talk aims to equip Agile leaders, Scrum Masters, RTEs, and practitioners with the knowledge and tools needed to foster a truly inclusive and equitable team environment.
