CGI's Terri Musick is leading a session titled “Embracing Neurodiversity: Inclusive Agile Team Practices for Empowering Members” from 11:15 a.m. -  12:00 p.m. ET. The discussion will explore topics such as neurodiversity in Agile teams. It will emphasize the significance of accommodating individuals with different ways of thinking and processing information, shedding light on their unique needs and challenges within traditional Agile frameworks.

Attendees will learn how to create an inclusive and effective Agile team that celebrates and empowers all members, regardless of neurodiversity or disabilities. From understanding the importance of communication to navigating challenging Agile ceremonies, this session aims to equip Agile leaders, Scrum Masters, RTEs, and practitioners with the knowledge and tools needed to foster a truly inclusive and equitable team environment.
