Artificial Intelligence: How Plans Leverage AI to Reduce Costs and Improve Outcomes
AI has gone mainstream! No matter where you turn, the artificial intelligence topic is everywhere. And with so much chatter, it isn't easy to decide how, where or when to employ AI and what best practices to follow to make it happen. This session examines three real-life health plan use cases focused on reducing costs and improving outcomes to demonstrate the tangible benefits of AI and the necessary foundation for a successful AI program. Rooted in the use cases, this session will share best practices on data management, methodologies for AI deployment, and ways to ensure accuracy and transparency. These examples demonstrate different organizations at different places in their “AI journey” and apply to everyone – those looking to learn from others and those advancing/scaling their AI utilization.
