Al Fraser is Vice-President of the Huntsville/Lawton Metro Operations within the Army Sector at CGI Federal.  In this role, he leads all activities for the Army and Other Defense Agencies for Redstone Arsenal, Alabama, and Fort Sill, Oklahoma, providing front-to-back oversight for business development, project delivery and closeout. 

Mr. Fraser joined CGI in 1999. During his tenure with the company, he has provided direct support for mission operations and the development, testing, acquisition fielding and sustainment of the Army portfolio’s mission critical assets. As the executive leader for the Huntsville/Lawton Market, he supports and advises on the delivery of engineering services, information technology services, strategic planning and project management across a range of complex Army programs worldwide.

A retired senior non-commissioned officer in the U.S. Army, Mr. Fraser served in Honest John, Lance, and Multiple Launch Rocket System (MLRS) units. He also served several tours as the Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) Combat Systems Manager, using his combat experience to define requirements and capabilities for the MLRS System and munitions.

He is a member of the Association of the United States Army (AUSA) Redstone Chapter in Huntsville, AL and the Fires Chapter in Lawton, OK.  He has served as the Chairman of the Lawton Fort Sill CO-OP Partnership Program that promotes unity between Lawton businesses and Fort Sill soldiers.  He is also a longtime member of the Great Plains AMBUCS Creating Mobility and Independence for People with Disabilities.
