Alisa Bearfield leads the Civilian business unit within CGI Federal, a wholly-owned U.S. operating subsidiary of CGI Inc. which serves CGI’s clients across civilian, defense and intelligence sectors of the U.S. federal government.
In this role, Ms. Bearfield oversees the development and execution of the business and solution strategy across a diverse client portfolio.
In her most recent positon, Ms. Bearfield served as a sector leader, providing all tiers of IT services – program management, systems integration, application management and hosting services within a shared services infrastructure.
During Ms. Bearfield’s 24-year career, she has served in leadership positions across the government markets in profit and loss operations, business development, sales operations and strategic planning. She has worked with federal organizations across all three branches of government to improve operations through business and information technology solutions.
Ms. Bearfield has expertise in end-to-end information technology services and support and her diverse background includes IT modernization, enterprise IT transformation and financial management system implementation.
Drawing on her varied experience, Ms. Bearfield brings unique points of view and creative ideation that bridges technology and business goals to provide innovative, high-value solutions that align with clients’ strategic objectives. Ms. Bearfield received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a concentration in Management Information Systems, from Binghamton University. She is a Project Management Professional (PMP) and a member of the American Council for Technology – Industry Advisory Council (ACT-IAC).
