Blair Vorgang leads CGI Federal's Space Sector, drawing on over 35 years of experience in operations, business development, program and project management and consulting. Mr. Vorgang began his civilian career in 1985, following 10 years as a commissioned U.S. Marine Corps officer.
He joined CGI in 2021 through CGI’s acquisition of ARRAY Information Technology, where he led the Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Management Office (IMO), and all Army, Navy, and Marine Corps growth within ARRAY. He subsequently led CGI Federal's Army and Other Defense Agencies Sector and led the Aeyon integration efforts for the Defense, Intelligence and Space Business Unit.
Mr. Vorgang holds a bachelor’s degree from the United States Naval Academy, and a Master’s of Science in Information Systems from the United States Naval Postgraduate School.
