Diane Potts is a Director on the National Strategy Team at CGI. She has dedicated her career to improving government human services programs so that they may better serve children and families. She specializes in child support programs and has served as an administrator, thought leader, policy consultant, and litigator for 27 years, including as Illinois Deputy Attorney General for Child Support.
Diane is a past president of the National Child Support Enforcement Association (NCSEA), past Secretary, and an Honorary Lifetime Member. She served on NCSEA’s Board of Directors from 2013-2019 and was reelected to the NCSEA Board in 2021. Diane also serves on the Board of Directors for the Eastern Regional Interstate Child Support Association.
