Mark Flugge serves as CGI Federal’s Sustainability and Climate Change Lead. As a consultant and atmospheric scientist, Dr. Flugge has more than 15 years of experience advising global organizations and federal agencies related to greenhouse gas emissions, climate change and biodiversity issues. He leads CGI Federal’s sustainability and climate change advisory services practice, helping federal clients meet their sustainability commitments while adapting and responding to the impacts and risks of climate change.
He holds a master's degree in chemistry and a Ph.D. in atmospheric science, both from the University of Oxford.
