Eric brings 25 years of experience in IT consulting within the public sector. Since joining CGI in 1999 his wide range of experience includes project and team management, design, development, implementation, managed services, and client support of large financial accounting and operational information systems. He currently leads the Advantage Client Delivery and Cloud Services practice spanning over 70 government clients with a total delivered revenue of $34M and a responsible member count of over 200.
Considered a thought leader and relationship management expert Eric has been instrumental in the successful growth of the Cloud services program over the last 15 years. He has actively led and supported big wins including the State of Wyoming, the State of Colorado, and the State of Maine. He also played a critical role in the turnaround for the State of Michigan account by significantly improving CSAP, and VIP customer relationships and managing over 14 consecutive months of met SLAs for a very challenging account.
