Gary Jackson focuses on business development for CGI TrustedFabric and CGI PulseAI. He also leads the Explainable AI (XAI) and Blockchain Tethered AI (BTA) collaboration with the University of Tennessee Knoxville.
He previously led CGI Federal’s Web3/blockchain strategy for its Emerging Technology Practice and its outreach to the Knoxville technology startup ecosystem.
Mr. Jackson has over 25 years of experience in data science, big data innovation in sales, pre-sales, delivery, enablement, engineering and global partner alliances. He has lived and worked in North and South America, Europe, Asia-Pacific, Australia, and Africa.
He was one of the founders of three data science academies across the Asia-Pacific region. More recently, Mr. Jackson created and taught Tech Talent South's fundamental and advanced curriculum, focusing on data science and artificial intelligence.
Mr. Jackson holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems and Information Technology from DeVry University. He is a resident of Knoxville, Tennessee.
