Jay Hadley, Senior Vice President and sector lead at CGI Federal, has spent more than 25 years delivering results for civilian agencies, with a keen focus on environmental missions. Throughout his professional career, Jay has focused on environmental missions, helping government and industry identify, monitor, regulate and respond to threats or risks to human health, the environment and worker safety. He leads interdisciplinary teams transforming how government agencies use technology, modernize systems, manage data and engage with stakeholders to achieve mission objectives.
Jay’s teams and clients recognize and value his commitment to and passion for environmental missions including sustainability and environmental justice. Under Jay’s leadership, CGI helps agencies improve environmental regulatory outcomes, empower the environmental research community and achieve business and technology modernization that drive measurable results. Jay holds a Master of Business Administration from Georgia Tech Scheller College of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Duke University. He is committed to advancing conversations between government and industry as an ACT-IAC Fellow.
