A director in CGI’s Regulatory Agency Programs (RAP) business unit, Jessica Gibson is a trusted partner to clients seeking to drive meaningful transformation. A management consultant to federal agencies since 2006, she specializes in organizational change management, customer experience, business strategy, business process reengineering and project management for technology modernization efforts.
Ms. Gibson is trained and certified in facilitation, is a Prosci Certified Change Manager and a Certified Change Management Specialist (via the Management & Strategy Institute). Additional certifications include Certified Scrum Master and SAFe Certified Scrum Master. She also holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. Ms. Gibson received a bachelor’s degree in sociology from Tufts University and a master of public administration from the Maxwell School at Syracuse University.
