Matthew Hatam Joined CGI in May 2019 through a merger with Sunflower Systems, where he was a senior subject matter expert in law enforcement asset management.  Prior to Sunflower/CGI Federal, Matthew worked at several financial institutions as a lead data analyst.  He has over 24 years of experience working with software applications in the areas of requirements analysis, configuration, development, and data analytics.
