Monica Winthrop is a Senior Vice-President, Consulting Services, and the Veterans Affairs Sector Lead in the Civilian Business Unit at CGI Federal, a wholly-owned U.S. subsidiary of CGI, Inc. In this role, Ms. Winthrop is responsible for the overall strategy, execution and delivery of large-scale IT, business and technology consulting services and solution in support of our veterans.
Ms. Winthrop has more than 25 years of experience managing information systems and managed services. She has played key roles in supporting multiple major federal departments and agencies.
Ms. Winthrop actively represents CGI Federal on industry committees as well as conferences and events. Ms. Winthrop earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Management Science from Virginia Tech’s Pamplin College of Business.
