Richard Ota is a Vice President for the Visa sector within CGI Federal's International Affairs (IAF) business unit. He possesses extensive experience in project management, full systems life-cycle financial systems implementations, requirements analysis and design and proposal development.

Mr. Ota is passionate about helping his clients improve business processes and collaborating with them to identify efficiencies so that they can focus on their mission. He is also a strong believer of empowering his team members to lead from the seat that they are in and to make an impact across the company as they strive towards their personal and professional growth objectives.

Mr. Ota holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Psychology and Spanish from Williams College and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
