Richard Sullivan is an experienced information technology professional with over 25 years of expertise in various IT roles, notably from team leadership to project management to solutions architecture. With a strong technical background in Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) business process modeling, Richard specializes in event management, problem management, incident management and change management. He designs processes to improve efficiencies within IT, and has delivered successful results for clients across diverse industries.
Richard earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Southern Maine, and his Masters in Information Management from Arizona State University’s W.P. Carey School of Business.
