Stewart Parins is a Director with CGI and has over 22 years of extensive experience managing, analyzing, designing, testing, and implementing large-scale applications using standard systems development life cycle methodologies. In his current role as a lead business analyst for the State of Wisconsin’s Department of Children and Families Division of Safety and Permanence, he is a recognized employee of distinction with expertise in the areas of client and team management, project management and business process re-engineering.
Mr. Parins is a child welfare subject matter expert specializing in youth justice, permanency planning and provider management. In addition to his work for the state of Wisconsin, he also helped to support other CGI child welfare projects including the states of New Jersey, Alaska, Louisiana, Washington, Oregon and Florida.
