Susan Wartel is a member of CGI’s diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) team where she focuses on gender equity. As a strategic thought partner, she works across the business to define and ideate strategies and programs to support the achievement of CGI’s gender equity goals to attract, develop, advance, support and retain women. Susan has over 25 years of management consulting experience focused on strategic planning, developing talent management, member engagement and compensation strategies, and managing customer relationships. When she is not working, Susan enjoys cooking and spending time with her family, including her Bernese Mountain Dog, Murray.
