Federal Inc., in collaboration with its team of large and small business partners, is able to provide a broad range of information technology support services under CMS’ SPARC contract vehicle. SPARC is an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract through which task orders can be competitively awarded over the life of the ten year contract. SPARC has a program ceiling of $25 billion across all awardees. There is no administrative fee, which is a benefit to the end customer.
The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and all other Health and Human Services (HHS) Operating Divisions can procure end-to-end IT services through use of the SPARC IDIQ.

CGI Federal offers end-to-end support, utilizing CGI Federal’s robust, standardized and well-defined software development processes, which are assessed at CMMI Level 5-Development and services assessed CMMI Level 3-Services. CGI Federal is experienced in agile, waterfall or a hybrid development as appropriate. Our teaming arrangements enable CGI to support all aspects of the contract.
