The U.S. Army Mission & Installation Contracting Command, Center-McPherson has awarded Stanley Associates, Inc. (Stanley), a wholly-owned subsidiary of CGI Federal Inc. (CGI) (NYSE: GIB) (TSX: GIB.A), an Operations, Planning, Training and Resource Support Services (OPTARSS II) prime contract with a one-year base and four, one-year option periods.
OPTARSS II is a master, indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (ID/IQ) multiple award task order contract supporting the OPTARSS II program with a ceiling of US$2.5 billion. The contract is a key vehicle for the U.S. Army Forces Command (FORSCOM) and may be utilized by other Army and Department of Defense (DoD) clients in the U.S. and overseas.

Under the contract, CGI will provide a range of support services across eight primary military operations areas: operational planning, training, modeling and simulation, flight operations, mobilization planning and execution, deployment operations, force protection program, and transformation.
