Ole has more than 35 years of experience in the IT consulting industry, working within energy & utilities, telecom, healthcare, public administration, publishing and retail & consumer Services.

Ole has held multiple leadership roles during his career and typically uses his experience to help clients reach successful outcomes through an active role in steering committees. The last six years Ole has also served clients working in the energy and utilities sector making strides in the transition to 100% green energy.

Through our global insights and local expertise, Ole helps build the strategies and deliver the end-to-end services that help clients achieve meaningful and sustainable outcomes. 

Ole has developed three different concrete sustainability initiatives, with the purpose of making sustainability core to daily business operations, including:

  • Beyond Work – creating awareness and changing behavior of employees
  • Beyond Services – reporting sustainability impact of our services to clients in order to suggest how to make improvements
  • Beyond Solutions – helping clients with their sustainability journey 

Ole has a Master’s Degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from the University of Aarhus in Denmark. He is also a member of the National Board of Sustainability within The Danish ICT Association.
