CGI Management Foundation

The CGI Management Foundation encompasses the key elements that define and guide the management of our company. It includes the CGI Constitution, along with our goals, objectives, and business and governance models.

It also provides access to enterprise policies, frameworks, and processes, as well as a common set of best practices and measures. In addition, CGI’s Code of Ethics is part of our Management Foundation and applies to all CGI professionals, whom we call CGI Partners, along with officers and directors of the company. The Code governs all our conduct to ensure we consistently operate at the highest standards. 

Overall, the Management Foundation guides our relationships and maintains the best equilibrium among our three stakeholders—clients, CGI Partners, and shareholders. It fosters alignment throughout our organization to ensure service excellence everywhere CGI operates and the delivery of strategic business outcomes.
