CGI Group Inc. (CGI), a leading provider of end-to-end information technology and business processing services, announced today the signing of several systems integration and consulting contracts with the New York State government valued at $8.5 million. "These contract wins reflect New York State's continued confidence in CGI's ability to provide high quality work while being flexible to the clients evolving needs. It also demonstrates our ability to integrate a broad array of solutions and technologies, including Oracle, PeopleSoft and J2EE as well as our consistent solid track record of delivering on time and on budget," said Matt Nicol, senior vice-president, New York/New Jersey business unit, CGI.
