Charles is a business architect and senior manager with CGI Federal's HUD sector, and has served the affordable and subsidized housing industry since 2001. Charles is committed to customer satisfaction through building digital products with engaging customer experiences that assure adoption. This commitment drives him to review and support emerging technology that helps define efficient affordable housing implementations. He is particularly concerned with digital transformation of paper-based affordable housing programs to streamline business processes, create efficiencies and improve customer satisfaction.
Charles holds bachelor's degrees in economics and psychology from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
