As a Customer Success Manager on the CGI Government Solutions team, Jennifer provides expertise, support, and guidance to ensure success for public sector clients.  Before joining CGI, Jennifer spent 24 years in state government, most recently as state CIO and Secretary of the Illinois Department of Innovation & Technology, where she led modernization efforts emphasizing accessibility, security, and user experience. Her broad expertise in government includes budgeting, revenue and taxation, emergency management and homeland security. Jennifer holds a BA in History from the University of Missouri-Columbia and an MA in Security Studies from the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, CA.
