Kelly joined CGI in December of 2022 as a senior business consultant with a robust track record in the pharmaceutical and manufacturing industries, demonstrating exceptional project management and strategic thinking skills.
With nearly a decade of diverse experience in the biotechnology industry, Kelly's career is marked by her adeptness in managing complex projects and ensuring their successful completion within established timelines. Her role at CGI involves providing critical support to clients, guiding migration activities for regulatory documents, and partnering with clinical IT leads to monitor transaction progress. Previously, she played a key role in developing a Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) for a global contract research organization, showcasing her software validation and compliance expertise.
Before her tenure at CGI, Kelly was a senior research associate at QPS LLC, where she developed innovative bioanalytical methods and managed comprehensive biomarker and pharmacokinetic studies. Her ability to draft and manage bioanalytical reports in compliance with GxP standards was instrumental in maintaining high-quality research outputs.
Kelly also has significant experience in research and development, having worked at Romer Labs as a research and development specialist. There, she designed experiments for GMO lateral flow assays and ELISAs and managed customer requests to ensure satisfaction. Her tenure at Romer Labs also included a role as a production manager, where she optimized production processes, ensured lab safety, and supervised a team of production scientists and operators.
Kelly holds a Master of Science in Biotechnology Management from the University of Maryland University College and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Millersville University. She is a Certified SAFe® 6 Agilist with a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, reflecting her commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
