Ryan Parker joined CGI in March of 2021 to lead CGI’s strategic vision of becoming top-quartile for diversity among the tech and business consulting industry.
With more than 20 years of business experience in healthcare, higher education and the entertainment industry, he has held related roles as Vice President for Diversity, Equity (DE&I) and Inclusion at Children's Hospital Los Angeles, KentuckyOne Health, and Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital—with other experiences leading diversity efforts in various capacities at the University of Pittsburgh, Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, and the Association of American Medical Colleges.
The scope of Ryan’s experiences includes managing national corporate partnerships to engage underrepresented minority K-12 and college students in STEM career exploration, leading nationally recognized initiatives and strategies that yielded significant gains in increasing racial and gender diversity at all levels, designing transformational DE&I frameworks that embed DE&I as a cross-cutting business strategy for organizational growth, and public speaking as a thought leader in DE&I and health equity.
Recognized as a trusted thought leader, charismatic and engaging speaker, and strategic innovator, Ryan’s leadership has been recognized by several national publications and organizations.
