In Belton, we support numerous local programs, including:

  • The Army Marathon, a series of races created to honor military members and their families, and help raise money and awareness for the many organizations serving them. 

  • Belton 4th of July Parade and PRCA Rodeo, which was rated by USA Today as one of the 10 best places in America to celebrate the 4th.

  • Fort Hood Officers’ Spouses’ Club, providing grants, scholarship funding and emergency contributions to our military community. 

  • Nolan Creek Recreation and Flood Mitigation Project, which will beautify the downtown area of the Creek, improve access to the waterway, and add whitewater features to enhance kayaking and tubing.

  • CANstruction, a community event held at The University of Mary Hardin-Baylor’s Campus Mayborn Center, in which teams from the community build enormous structures out of canned goods, which are then used to fill the pantry of Helping Hands Ministry.

  • ASCO Spartacus Dash, an obstacle race to benefit A Soldier's Child Foundation.
